Netcloak guide for Windows

This guide will give additional tips for the Windows client and Cryptocloud. Make sure you have checked these before raising a ticket with our support staff please.

You will need

• Java version 1.6 or newer. You can download it here: www.java.com

Basic steps

After you download and install the client please make sure you do the nessesary changes in your firewall to allow the client (vpnconnection.exe) to connect to the internet. If you do not get a question about this when you try to log in the first time and then get connection or auth errors please check that the program is getting through the firewall.
